Purchased a bag of whole bean Medium Roast Espresso from my local Walmart and was eager to try. I am not an expert although I do drink a lot of coffee and have my preferences. It has no smell of coffee, the beans were dry not oily (I thought this was a good thing), I brewed a pot of pour over and was so disappointed in the underwhelming taste. It’s bitter and blah. I won’t be purchasing again.
